Greencastle-Antrim advances in state girls' soccer

Greencastle-Antrim defeated Scranton Prep 2-1 in the first round of girls' soccer state competition Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now advance to the quarterfinals, where they will play Northwest Lehigh Saturday, Nov. 8. A time and location for the game have not been announced.

Ally Rudy scored both goals for the Devils Tuesday in the game played at Chambersburg's Trojan Stadium. Allysa Denkovich and Paige Johnson had assists on the G-A goals.
