Greencastle-Antrim girls' soccer wins district championship

The Greencastle-Antrim High School girls' soccer team captured the District 3-AA Championship Saturday afternoon with a 1-0 win over Conrad Weiser.

Ally Rudy scored the lone goal in the first half of the contest played in the Hersheypark Stadium.

The Devil defense did not allow a goal during the district playoffs.

It is the first district title for the G-AHS girls' soccer program.

G-A will begin state tournament play Nov. 4.
