DISTRICT 3-AAA CHAMPIONSHIPS

GIRLS

G-A 4x100 relay team of Alicia Crider, Nikki Garns, Kiarra Jackson and Jordan Pizzarro medaled with a fifth place finish in a time of 49.87 and qualified for the state championships

Jackson medaled with an eighth place finish in the 200 in a time of 26.08 and qualified for the state championships

G-A 4x800 relay team of Alan Ebbitt, Garns, Jane Herman and Lauren Hirneisen medaled with an eighth place finish in a  time of 9:40.81

BOYS

Joel Zola medaled with a fifth place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 44-6 and qualified for the state championships.

JUNIOR VARSITY BASEBALL

G-A 12, Northeastern 1

The Devils rode the arm and bat of Spencer Meyers to claim a season ending 12-1, 5-inning victory over Northeastern. Meyers pitched all five innings, scattering four hits, while striking out three and also helped his cause at the plate going 3-for-3 with a double and 4 RBIs.  Meyers improved his record on the mound to 6-0.  Bailey Parker added two hits and Shawn Keller and Josiah Hissong added hits with Keller driving in two and Hissong one.  Derek Measell added two RBIs and Austin Branchman drove in a run. The junior varsity  Blue Devils end the season with a 15-3 record.
