ATHLETES OF THE WEEK: G-A's Adam Root and Mia Libby

MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Adam Root, a junior on the Greencastle-Antrim High School boys' basketball team, has recently been one of G-A's top scorers. Root netted 18 points last week against Northern York and then added 10 points against Boiling Springs. A week earlier, Root scored 20 points against James Buchanan.

FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mia Libby, a freshman on the Greencastle-Antrim High School girls' basketball team, had a nice two-week stretch for the Blue Devils. It started with a 20-point performance against Everett before netting 15 points in a win over James Buchanan. Libby then scored seven points against Northern York.
