Soccer triumphs in first district play

The Greencastle-Antrim High School girls’ soccer team may have ended the regular season with a disappointing 2-1 loss to rival James Buchanan last week, but Tuesday opened the District 3-AAA Championships strong with a 3-2 win over Boiling Springs (15th seed). G-A went in as the 18th seed. The Devils (11-6-1) earned the chance to take on second-seeded Lancaster Mennonite (13-1-3) Wednesday.
