Greencastle-Antrim freshmen take solid steps at states

Caroline Schemel (left) and Shelby Stouffer iced a very memorable and accomplished freshman campaign at the PIAA State Championships Saturday with more fine performances. The Blue Devil runners capped their first year of cross country running with a trip to Hershey and the state meet. Schemel returned with a top-40 performance by finishing 39th in a time of 19:39. Stouffer was clocked at 20:46 for 132nd.
