Greencastle-Antrim’s Denton Ensminger has added another accolade to his senior football season — a spot on the Pennsylvania Class AAA All-State first-team defense as a defensive lineman.

At 6-2 and 250 pounds, Ensminger was the Mid-Penn Conference Colonial Division Defensive MVP and a first-team selection at defensive end on a Blue Devil team that was the top ranked scoring defense in the midstate at 9.3 points allowed. Ensminger was also a first-team pick on the offensive line.

Ensminger recorded 65 tackles and had a pair of sacks for G-A, that as a team set new school marks for football wins (11) and went undefeated in the regular season with a Colonial Division title and top seed in the District 3-AAA playoffs. The Devils advanced to the quarterfinals.
