Three teens charged for using stolen ATM card

Mercersburg police charged Andrew John Burt, 18, Jordan McClure, 19, and Shianne Alexandrea Johnson, 18, all of 105 Black Road, in connection with the theft of a wallet, pocketbook and other items Jan. 13 from the Ford F-150 truck of Amber Elaine Horner parked near her 63 Linden Ave. home.

Police charged Burt with access device fraud and criminal conspiracy, McClure with theft and criminal conspiracy, and Johnson with criminal conspiracy. Horner’s ATM card was used at Susquehanna Bank in Mercersburg to make three withdrawals totaling $369. Police believe the PIN number from Horner’s account was obtained from a paper in her wallet.
