Orientation set for new GED classes

Orientation for the fall session of  GED classes will be held at 6 p.m.,  Sept. 4 and 5 at the Waynesboro Area Middle School.  The classes will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.  All PA residents who do not hold a standard high school diploma and are not currently enrolled in an accredited high school are encouraged to take part in these free classes.

The GED test is given once a month at the middle school.  The fee for the entire GED test is $75 or $20 for each individual section of the five part test.
