Greencastle-Antrim Primary School first-graders celebrated their 100th day of school each year with a number of special activities and events. One of their annual activities is to bring in dimes that day to donate to the Lilian S. Besore Memorial Library to use to buy children’s materials. This year the 100th day of school fell on Tuesday, Feb. 8. The students had a special assembly in which they gave $525.20 in dimes to Besore’s director, Laura Greenlee, with students Megan Lynerd, Joey Paci, Preston Hansen, Brycen Kliber, Marlee Richards, Madison Rock, Jasmine Bailey, Ian Plezia and Larson Thomas.
