According to Pennsylvania State Police, George I. Luff Jr., St. Petersburg, Fla., lost control of a 2007 Freightliner on southbound I-81 near exit 3 at 12:02 a.m. July 10.

The passenger side bumper struck the guiderail, causing the unit to go down the embankment and roll over onto its roof.

Luff was transported by Rescue Hose Co. EMS to Chambersburg Hospital with unknown severity of injuries.
