A Hagerstown, Md. man was placed in Franklin County Jail after he could not post $50,000 bail for allegedly molesting two juvenile girls at an Antrim Township home. David Lee Turner, 44, was arrested Aug. 31 for allegedly having various forms of sexual contact with one child between 2009 and 2012, and for contact with another on Feb. 1. The offenses occurred at 15673 Young Road in Antrim Township. Turner was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Larry Pentz.

According to court documents, Pennsylvania State Police took a report about a 13-year-old potential victim. The child usually kept still when Turner came into the bedroom, and on at least one occasion struggled, so Turner stopped the molestation. When police interviewed Turner, he said he had serious memory problems. While he could not rule out that the contact might have happened, he could not actually recall doing what was alleged, he told police.

Turner was charged with criminal attempt to commit rape, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.

In the other case, the 16-year-old girl was visiting the residence and Turner told her she had to allow him to have sexual contact or she would be in trouble. He then told her not to tell anyone. He was charged with criminal attempt of forcible rape compulsion, indecent deviant sexual intercourse, aggravated assault and indecent assault.
