Greencastle police focus on teen driver safety
For three weeks, Greencastle police will be participating in a teenage driver safety enforcement mobilization. Through Feb. 17, officers will be at Greencastle-Antrim High School, and from Feb. 21 to March 2 on nearby roadways.
The enforcement, together with educational outreach efforts, will raise awareness of the teen driver law that went into effect in December. The new primary law states that all vehicle occupants under age 18 must wear a seat belt.
