An investigation into the contents of a trash bag netted drug charges against Greencastle woman
Tshenia Denise Mills, 23, 138 S. Carlisle St., Apt. 3, was arrested on drug charges after an investigation by Pennsylvania State Police. A search warrant was obtained on Nov. 12 and executed at 6:05 a.m. Chad Richard Reasner, 25, an infant and Mills were in the apartment when law enforcement found a metal marijuana grinder with suspected marijuana residue, three glass smoking devices with residue, four baggies with suspected marijuana, a set of 4-ounce measuring scales, a 100-gram metal measuring weight, an Apple cellular phone and $160 in cash.
Mills was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; four counts of possession of small amounts of marijuana; and six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
