Charges filed in theft of metal

Corey Albert Johnson, 23, 22 Baumgardner Drive, was charge with theft and receiving stolen property by Pennsylvania State Police. PSP received a report Nov. 14 about metal stolen from Null Machine Shop, 95 Commerce Ave. at 10 p.m. Nov. 11. Castings and tubes valued at $6,284.19 were taken. Greencastle police notified PSP that a traffic stop yielded a 1995 Dodge Dakota TK with a load of metal in the bed. On Nov. 23 Johnson confessed to the theft.
