People found on railroad tracks near Greencastle

Adam Joseph Fischer, 21, 2156 Buchanan Trail W., was found on the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks on South Carlisle Street with a 13-year-old girl after Greencastle police were called about trespassers at 8:52 a.m. Nov. 18. The northbound train had stopped because of people on the tracks. Fischer was charged with obstructing highways and corruption of minors.
