Pedestrian accidents reported in borough, township

Larry Pike, 61, was transported to Meritus Medical Center with moderate injuries after he was struck in the 100 block of North Antrim Way while walking. He was hit by Elizabeth Howard, 67, who was driving a 2002 Chevrolet at 8:42 p.m. March 5.

Albert E. Myers, 61, Hagerstown, Md. was taken to Meritus Medical Center with serious injuries after he was struck while riding a bicycle at 10:22 p.m.  March 9. Myers was pedaling west near 694 Hykes  Road when he was struck from behind, causing him to crash into a guide wire and telephone pole.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene. It has damage to its right front.
