Police arrest disoriented Greencastle man

A 41-year-old unidentified Greencastle man was transported to Chambersburg Hospital after he was found at Treat Restaurant in Southampton Township. He had driven to the site after taking several hydrocodone pills and was disoriented at 4 p.m. Jan. 29.
