Waynesboro man charged with PFA violation

Todd Fisher, Waynesboro, was charged with a protection from abuse violation for incidents that took place on several occasions. A woman at 3592 Brook Street said Fisher wrote her three notes and asked her to listen to disturbing lyrics from an Eminem CD between October and Dec. 17.
