Fuel tank cut

Someone cut a fuel tank filler line on a 1995 Ford F350 owned by Gary Morganthal Jr. It was parked to the rear of 466 S. Carlisle St. Between Dec. 22 and 25 the person then siphoned gasoline from the tank.
