Philip Kramer faces assault charges

Philip Kramer, 55, was taken into custody at his Nicole Drive home after assaulting Craig Myers at 500 N. Antrim Way. Greencastle police were called at 5:12 p.m. Dec. 8 about the incident. Kramer had fled in a black GMC and refused to stop for officers. He was charged with simple assault and fleeing and eluding.

Myers sustained minor injuries and Kramer posted $2,000 bail to be released from Franklin County Jail.
