Pair accused of probation violation and drug charges

Timothy J. Byers  38, and Stephanie Ann Byers, 26, no fixed address, were apprehended by police at a motel at 671 E. Baltimore St. at 10:27 p.m. Nov. 30. The pair was wanted by Franklin County Adult Probation for violation of probation/parole. Their vehicle was found at the motel.

Subsequently, several items of drug paraphernalia, including syringes, were found in the room near where two small children were playing. The couple was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children.
