Hit and run reported in Greencastle

Police are investigating a hit and run Wednesday, Nov. 24 that left damage to a truck. Police reported that a black Chevrolet Trailblazer was struck and damaged on the driver side wheel well at around 12:15 p.m. as it was parked in front of 17 N. Washington St. Police said the female driver of the striking vehicle, a gold or tan four-door sedan, continued at a high rate of speed north on the street before abruptly turning onto East Madison Street.
