Incident in car on Weaver Road draws charges

Brian Scott Grosh, 24, was arrested for reckless endangering and criminal mischief after an incident on Hill Road near Weaver Road at 3:21 p.m. Nov. 5.

A 21-year-old female was driving the vehicle and a one month old baby was in a car seat behind Grosh. As the woman was driving at 40 miles per hour, Grosh ripped the rear view mirror and visors down and threw them inside the vehicle, then slammed the vehicle into park, causing it to stop suddenly. The driver was thrown forward and the vehicle stopped in the middle of the lane, causing another vehicle to stop.
