Kurtis Russell Leizear arrested in Greencastle

Pennsylvania State Police arrested a wanted man at 3:28 a.m. Aug. 11 in a Greencastle home. Acting on information as to the whereabout of Kurtis Russell Leizear, 19, 11070 Williamsport Pike, police went to 3 N. Allison St. They found Leizear and three juveniles in a bedroom with three smoking pipes with suspected marijuana in plain sight, along with six unknown orange pills.

Leizear was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
