Drugs confiscated in Chambersburg arrest

The Franklin County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 62 Lincoln Way West, Chambersburg, Wednesday, June 1, following a months-long investigation into the distribution of heroin.

Arrested at the location was Quintin Noel Gordon, who resides at the address. Gordon was charged with felony firearm and drug trafficking-related offenses.

Gordon was arraigned at Franklin County Booking Center by magisterial district justice Larry Pentz, who set bail at $200,000.

According to authorities, during the execution of the warrant quantities of suspected heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine were located within the residence. Drug paraphernalia used for the packaging and distribution of controlled substances was also found along with U.S. currency and a handgun, the news release from the Franklin County District Attorney said.

Chambersburg Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg assisted with the investigation and execution of the warrant.
