Joy El buses used for Released Time Bible Program grounded by Pennsylvania State Police; lawsuit filed

CMB Ministries of South Central Pennsylvania has filed a lawsuit in Franklin County Court against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania after Joy El's fleet of buses used to transport students from schools to the Released Time Bible Program were ordered grounded by Pennsylvania State Police for allegedly not meeting requirements of school-owned buses.
