Schemel to take oath of office Jan. 6

State Representative-elect Paul Schemel (R-Franklin) of Greencastle will officially take his seat in Harrisburg on Tuesday, Jan. 6.

The first Greencastle resident to represent the area in the state house in decades will be sworn into office at noon in the House Chamber at the State Capitol in Harrisburg.

Schemel was elected in November as state representative for the 90th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
