Police draw guns around Greencastle motel

Police with guns drawn surrounding a Greencastle motel this morning took a man who emerged from a second floor room away.

Around 10 a.m. police surrounded the Castlegreen Motel with guns drawn. About an hour later a man came out of a room on the second floor with his hands above his head. He was led to a Pennsylvania State Police car and taken away.

No information is yet available on the nature of the situation.

Route 16 in the area of the motel, that is located just off Interstate 81, was closed to traffic during the incident.
