Get to know Julian Castro

Why he’s in the news: Castro delivered a stirring speech at the Democratic National Convention last week. Some pundits compared the speech to the one by President Barack Obama that launched him to national fame. Castro became the first Hispanic to deliver a keynote address at a DNC.
