Nobody hurt during Easter afternoon fire in Antrim Township

There were apparently no injuries during an Easter afternoon fire at an Antrim Township residence.

According to reports, fire was coming through the roof of the single-family house at 1540 Brenda Drive, located in a development off U.S. 11 just south of the borough, when firefighters arrived at the scene around 3:50 p.m. Information supplied by the Franklin County Department of Emergency Services said Greencastle Rescue Hose Co. units found  a working fire. Reports said the fire was brought under control around 5 p.m. Firefighters had to contend with windy conditions while battling the blaze.

Reportedly the residents were not home at the time of the fire. The cause will be investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police fire marshall.
