Saturday great day to be in Shady Grove
SHADY GROVE — The Shady Grove Ruritan will serve an all-you-can-eat pancake and Kline's sausage breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24.
In addition to traditional pancakes and sausage, the menu will also include blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, homemade biscuits and sausage gravy. Juice, coffee, and tea are included in the breakfast.
Admission to the breakfast is $6 for teens and adults and $3 for children, ages six to 12. Children age 5 and younger eat free. Carry-out breakfasts will also be available.
The pancake breakfast is a Shady Grove Ruritan fundraiser which supports community programs including college scholarships, scouting, youth sports and the Shady Grove playground. Last summer, the Shady Grove Ruritan built a sand volleyball court and improved the playground at the community center.
