Milnor closing in limbo

Antrim Township announced that the Hykes Road reopening and Milnor Road closure are delayed again. While the changes are expected in the near future, no further notices will be given to the public until the changes are imminent. The delays have been related to weather and construction progress. Norfolk Southern first expected to close Milnor and open Hykes on Oct. 24, but has notified the township of several postponements of the date.
