Planning workshops scheduled in Franklin County

The Franklin County Commissioners and Planning Department have scheduled three regional planning workshops for the county comprehensive planning project.

Three interactive meetings have been planned to provide citizens with an opportunity to actively participate in the preparation of the comprehensive plan.

Meetings will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, July 18 at Norlo Park Community Center, 3050 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville; at 2 p.m. Monday, July 25 at Renfrew Visitors Center, 1010 E. Main St., Waynesboro; and at 6 p.m. Monday, July 25 at the Peters Township Municipal Building, 5000 Steele Ave., Lemasters.
