Greencastle-Antrim Women’s Fellowship to meet April 26

The Greencastle-Antrim Women’s Fellowship will meet from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 26 in the Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fellowship Hall, 130 N. Washington St.

The speaker will be Rev. Nancy Jenkins on the topic “Conversion from Judaism to Christianity.” Jenkins joined the staff of First Christian Church in Hagerstown, Md. in July 2008, coming from Savannah, Ga. Beofre entering the ministry, Jenkins worked as a physical therapist, having received her BS degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her M. Div. from the Divinity School at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn. A convert from Judaism in 1998, she was ordained by the Christian Church in June 2007.

Greeters for the meeting will be Judy Reed and Doris Packheiser. Mary Kennedy will lead devotions and Vonnie Miller will offer the prayer. Eileen Flenner will provide music.

No reservations are necessary and lunch is optional. A free-will offering will be taken.

The next scheduled meeting is May 24. The fellowship will sponsor a National Day of Prayer event May 5.
