The Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce, the VFW Post 6319 and American Legion Post 373 are sponsoring “An Evening Tribute to Veterans” at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 11 at the Greencastle-Antrim High School Auditorium.

This provides an opportunity for veterans and the public to participate in an evening indoor event that honors veterans.

The evening program will feature music by the Greencastle-Antrim Middle School Band and Choir.  The guest speaker is Jim Farley.  He is a Command – Sergeant Major (retired) Army.

Chamber Executive Director, Joel Fridgen said, “The liberties and freedoms today are built on generations of people who serve in the military. Veterans are part of the tradition we recognize during Heritage Christmas that is special.  We appreciate their sacrifices and honor them with this tribute.”  All area veterans are encouraged to attend and be recognized at these events.  The public is invited to express their appreciation and pay tribute to our veterans.

There is no admission fee.  There will be an opportunity to contribute to the “Wounded Warrior Fund” at the evening event as you exit the auditorium.
