The Waynesboro GED program will begin a new session of classes Nov. 5 at the Waynesboro Area Senior High School. The free classes run from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Time is running out to take the current version of the GED test.  Those who have begun the test but have not completed all five parts only have until the end of December to pass any remaining sections or they will have to retake the entire test. Partial scores will not be carried over to the revised 2014 exam.

The Waynesboro Area School District is an official GED testing center and offers the test once a month. Questions may be directed to the Waynesboro GED office at 717-762-1191, Ext. 1372 or at ged@wasdpa.org. Additional information on the GED can be obtained at www.GEDtestingservice.com
