Give blood in Greencastle before new year

The American Red Cross has one more blood drive scheduled in Greencastle before the end of 2012.

The bloodmobile will operate from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at the First Assembly of God, 525 Leitersburg St.

Donors must be 17 years of age or older (16 with parental permission), weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. Donors may give every 56 days.

Donors should eat within 3 to 4 hours before donating. Donors should present blood donor card or other identification when donating.
