Library to break ground on project

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at the Lilian S Besore Memorial Library in Greencastle.

The ceremony to be held at the parking lot entrance will mark the new addition and improvements to the library that have been the target of a fundraising campaign.

Following the ceremony, there will be a presentation of the addition plan, and a question and answer period for the general public inside the library. A reception by the Friends of the Library will follow.
