Volunteers needed to spread the word

The Beautification Committee is looking for a bunch of volunteers on June 16 and 17. Those are the days they plan to distribute flyers door to door in Greencastle, notifying residents about the town clean up days at the end of the month.

The committee is eager to see the community sparkle for Old Home Week. Member Lori Facchina hopes youth and other citizens can set aside some time to help get the word out. The borough will be broken into segments to allow the volunteers to work efficiently. She hopes at least 10 people can assist with the distribution.
