Former bank building on the market

The Susquehanna Bank building at 35 N. Carlisle St. is on the market.

Prudential Homesale Services Group has the listing for the 1956 building and parking lot.

The facility contains 10,542 square feet of office space. The asking price is $550,000.

Susquehanna acquired Tower Bank in February, and all services were consolidated at 40 Center Square in July.

The property, in a community commercial zone, was approved as eligible for Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance at the Nov. 5 borough council meeting.
