Jack Gaughen raises money for charity
The Paddle Auction hosted by the Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA offices in Greencastle and Waynesboro raised more than $3,300 that will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Approximately 120 people, bidding on more than 72 silent auction items, attended the event held at the Shady Grove Community Center. Festivities included 79 door prizes, and donations of food and beverage items from local businesses and Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA sales professionals.
“The Paddle Auction was a huge success this year and will enable us to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association,” said Darrell Morgan, sales director of the Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA office in Greencastle. “They are a wonderful organization which supports so many in the community. We are proud that we are able to give back.”
“We want to thank the Waynesboro and Greencastle community for attending and supporting the event,” said Dawn Benedict, sales director of the Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA office in Waynesboro. “Without their help and the help of our sales professionals, we wouldn’t have been able to raise as much as did for this worthy cause.”
