James Buchanan Pub and Restaurant holds grand reopening

Catalin “Cat” Bonciu, scissors in hand, and his wife Judy held a grand reopening Dec. 1 for The James Buchanan Pub and Restaurant in Mercersburg. They were joined by representatives from the Chambers of Commerce in Greencastle, Mercersburg and Hagerstown. The Boncius owned the restaurant from 1993 to 2007, and took possession again in 2009. Since then they renovated the building at 15 N. Main St. The restaurant features American and Eastern European cuisine.
