Kim Robinson cuts the ribbon recently during the Greencastle Chamber of Commerce ceremony. She opened Highline Coffee House and Cafe at 101 W. Baltimore St., carrying on the railroad theme. The building is across the street from the old train station, and adjacent to the tracks. Trains roll by on a regular basis.
