On Friday, July 16 at noon, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Bentleys Old Mill Bakery and BBQ, 25 W. Franklin St., Greencastle. According to Melisa Bentley, “We are delighted to bring our barbecue to Greencastle and to feature truly homemade goods for others to enjoy.” Bob and Melisa Bentley have been operating the business for several months and set up their bakery operation about three weeks ago. “We are excited and truly want to welcome this new restaurant and bakery to Greencastle,” stated Joel Fridgen, chamber executive director. “It meets a community need, has a niche that will draw people to the Greencastle downtown area and will complement other businesses.”
