Pennsylvania State Police have released the name of the man who died Wednesday at Mellott Manufacturing in Peters Township.

Cameron Allen Funk, 19, Greencastle, was pronounced dead at the scene due to a heavy piece of machinery falling on him.

According to Franklin County Coroner Jeff Conner, the cause of Funk's death was due to blunt force trauma and it was ruled accidental.

State police were contacted regarding the incident at 2:58 p.m. Wednesday.

The family-owned business is located at 13156 Long Lane and specializes in making conveyors and machines for sawmill, pallet and woodworking industry.

State police, the Franklin County Coroner's Office and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) are investigating the incident.
