Back to the Media, located in the Chambersburg Mall will host 1980s film star Zach Galligan for a meet and greet. The store will be hosting the autograph session with Galligan from 2-5p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12. For a fee, fans will have a chance to get an autograph and take a photos with Galligan.

Galligan, who is most well known for playing the lead role of Billy Peltzer in the classic 1984 Joe Dante film, "Gremlins." The movie tells the story of a boy (Zach Galligan) who inadvertently breaks three important rules concerning his new pet ultimately unleashing a horde of malevolently mischievous monsters on a small town.

Following the first "Gremlins" film, Galligan appeared in "Nothing Lasts Forever". In 1988, he starred as Mark Loftmore in the horror comedy, "Waxwork." He then reprised his role as Billy Peltzer in the 1990 sequel "Gremlins 2, The New Batch."

A life sized screen accurate Gremlin prop will be available to have in your photo. "I want to try and provide a very memorable experience for everyone who is a fan of the film," said Back to the Media owner Mark Canoles. "I watched these movies all the time as a kid, and having the opportunity to bring the main actor from the movie to my store is very exciting. I feel fans of the movie will appreciate the opportunity as much as we do. So in return we will be providing gremlins props, merchandise to be signed. VIP holders will even get a plush Gizmo to take home with them. All things that will in turn make this a great memorable experience."
