Charges dropped

Criminal charges against Jay Dennis Brechbiel, 39, Mercersburg, were withdrawn by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at a Sept. 30 preliminary hearing in Franklin County Central Court.

Brechbiel had been charged with harassment by Greencastle Police for an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 14.
