Seeds from the Sower

Two girls were picking apples. One stayed on the ground. The other started climbing.

"Don't step on that branch," cried one.

"Why not?"

"It's weak," she answered, "If it breaks, it won't bear any fruit."

How much that branch is like boys and girls. They're not grown up, but they're bearing fruit.

Build them up, don't break them down. Eliminate stumbling blocks, don't erect them. Teach them to do good, don't twist them to do evil.

Our Lord said, "If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea."
