Police Reports Greencastle Borough Police recently released the following incident reports (Information on any of the cases should be called to police at 597-9506.): Melvin Gsell reported that someone cut one tire of a 2002 Chevy pickup parked in front of 230 E. Baltimore St. between 10 p.m. April 6 and 10 a.m. April 7. Charlene Kye Foster, Marion, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 119 S. Carlisle St. at 2:28 p.m. April 13. While police were at the residence on another matter, Foster stood on the sidewalk yelling and swearing at Kevin William Pascoe. Erica M. Millsap, McConnellsburg, was arrested for driving under the influence after she was stopped for traffic violations at 2:16 a.m. April 11 on West Baltimore Street just over the borough line. Her blood alcohol content registered .08 percent at Waynesboro Hospital. Anita Louise Main, 26 N. Carlisle St., was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at 7 N. Carlisle St. She was pulled over at 1:26 a.m. April 5. At Waynesboro Hospital her blood alcohol content was revealed to be .10 percent. Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg recently issued the following news releases (Information on any of the cases should be called to police at 264- 5161.): At 7:09 p.m. April 1 Juanita Rowley, 39, Hagerstown, Md. entered the residence of Shelly Hams, 34, on Sherwood Drive and dragged her into the bedroom. She also threatened Hams. Rowley was arrested by Hagerstown City Police and is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania. An antique Civil War era wooden coat/hat rack and various military metals and pins were stolen from Joyce Harbaugh, 1918 Buchanan Trail E. between March 1 and 20. Melissa Ann Frey, 28, Hagerstown, Md. was charged by police with stealing a car from Paul Stuart Mason, 48, 14765 Sherwood Drive between 3 and 6 a.m. April 14. She drove the vehicle to Maryland and was involved in a one-vehicle hit-and-run on Interstate 70. She allegedly then hitched a ride to Baltimore with a truck driver. The vehicle was recovered by Maryland State Police. Both people involved in a physical altercation which included shoving and slapping were charged with harassment. Bryan Michael O'Leary, 19, and Lauren Avril Rose, 18, were cited following the incident at 12:05 a.m. April 7 at 868 Twin Lane, Apt. B. A2000 Waba tractor trailer belonging to Swift Transportation was damaged in a hit-and-run while parked at TATruck Stop between 2:30 and 4:30 a.m. April 9. A 15-year-old female from St. Thomas was charged with harassment after she shoved a 15-yearold female from Shady Grove in the parking lot of McDonald's, 721 Buchanan Trail E. at 7:25 p.m. April 6. William Roy Wagaman, 59, Hagerstown, Md. was arrested for public drunkenness at 8:31 p.m. April 13 at the TA Truck Stop, 10835 John Wayne Drive. Carlos Rivera, 25, Chambersburg, received moderate injuries after his 2001 Honda Accord left the east side of Interstate 81, came off the embankment back onto the road and landed upright. The accident occurred at 2:49 a.m. April 13. |
